Musichead Gallery is a destination for music, art, and culture. We are looking for a creative, hands-on Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our primary digital channels while helping us grow brand awareness, drive traffic, and build community. This part-time role is designed to transition into a full-time position with expanded responsibilities in paid advertising and eCommerce.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy 2–4 campaigns per month in Mailchimp

  • Manage segmentation, automated flows, and list growth

  • Report monthly on open rates, clicks, and conversions

  • Create and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with exhibitions, product drops, and events

  • Design 2–3 posts per week (static and short-form video)

  • Engage with followers and foster community retention

  • Maintain and update business profiles monthly

  • Post events, product highlights, and gallery updates

  • Monitor and respond to reviews

  • Ensure consistency across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms

  • Track visibility and local engagement metrics

  • Support ad campaigns (setup, basic optimization, and reporting)

  • Monitor performance metrics and ROAS

  • Update website content, event pages, and blog posts

  • Design graphics for email campaigns, social posts, and business profiles

Requirements

Requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience with measurable results

  • Proven Mailchimp experience

  • Strong organic social content creation skills

  • Paid social advertising experience

  • Experience managing business profiles

  • Graphic design proficiency (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)

  • Experience updating and maintaining CMS-based websites
